Send inline bot result obtained with messages.getInlineBotResults to the chat

Parameters:

INLINE_RESULT_EXPIRED The inline query expired

WEBPAGE_MEDIA_EMPTY Webpage media empty
CHAT_WRITE_FORBIDDEN You can’t write in this chat
